Medical certificate and registration

This is required for last season players and new players.
It's the only way we cab be sure your contacts are correct and you'll receive all the information.
New players, please, book your medical control as soon as possible. At the begining of the season the INSs tend to be crowded. You can train without the certificate (our insurance will cover the first couple of months) but you cannot play without it. You can find all the information here
