Because it is a large group, we are not able to checkin online.
This means we will have to do it at the airport and that we will need to
be there a little earlier.
To be on the safe side, be at the Airport at 4:15 (yeah ... I know). Please, be on time. Apart from the check-in we will also need some time to give you:
- 2 CSCE jerseys + 1 short + 1 pair of socks for the games
- 1 Tour polo to wear on Saturday and Sunday for the trip back home
Keep some free space in your bag in order to accommodate them. The allowance is one baggage, 20Kg max + hand luggage max 7Kg
Each
one of you will be assigned to a group under the responsibility of a
coach or a manager. We'll send the groups in a separate Email.
For the trip you will need:
- Passport or ID Card
- Social Security card

- Rugby gear: boots
, mouth-guard
+ helmet (optional)- 3 towels
- CSCE polo (if you don't have one, please let us know
QUICKLY. We may still have some
stock)
- Some plastic bags for the dirty stuff
- Some kind of jacket (tracksuit for instance) in order not to get cold if you're on the bench
- pocket money
(souvenirs, drinks, snacks ...). Something between 30 and 50€ should do.
The rest you know. The usual for a weekend away.

We started on Friday by waking up at 3am to take our flight to Porto. The morning was spent visiting the town by bus and a short walking in the center, ending with a visit to one of the famous Porto wine cellars.
